Small windowless bathroom — split-wall scheme

Layout

Split at 95 cm from the floor.

Denim Drift on the lower half anchors the room. Rock Salt on the upper half lifts it.

No dado rail — painted line only.

Primer first. The existing walls are dark green. Apply a tinted grey primer before any top coats — one coat of primer beats four coats chasing coverage.
Rock Salt — top half. Paint this first.
Tape the line at 95 cm. Use Frog Tape (not cheap blue tape). Press the edge firmly before painting.
Denim Drift — bottom half. Peel the tape while paint is still slightly tacky — not wet, not fully dry.

Tinted grey primer	Dulux Trade Quick Dry Primer — small tin. Dark green walls need it.
Frog Tape	For the 95 cm split line. Not cheap blue masking tape.

Sheen: Both Easycare paints are Soft Sheen — correct for a windowless bathroom. The slight sheen bounces artificial light; matte would absorb it.
Bulbs: Use Cool White or Daylight bulbs (3000–3500K). Warm yellow bulbs turn Denim Drift muddy.

Why Easycare? Bathroom-specific formula — moisture and mould resistant. Important in a windowless room with no natural ventilation.
